Drawing on her degree in Cognitive Science and career in Healthcare and Insurance, she bridges the gap between technical efficiency and human performance. She ensures that our evolution is guided by a deep understanding of human behavior and the EQ required for long-term growth.

Joe is the technical architect behind PlatformEQ. With over two-decades building systems across biotech, fintech, and insurance, he's focused on our engineering infrastructure that puts human-centric operations at the core. Joe leads PlatformEQ’s technical development, building the tools that let our partners scale without complexity.

Karrie Sullivan

Thia McDowell
Thia leads BizOps and PeopleOps at PlatformEQ. She holds a degree in Psychology from McGill University. Thia began her career in the tech startup world, working across Recruitment, BizOps, and PeopleOps in a range of early-stage environments.
AI SOLUTIONS ENGINEER
Andrew Robinson
Andrew owns R&D, AI solutions, and data at PlatformEQ. He holds a Computer Science degree from Concordia University. Andrew builds our data pipelines, designs and deploys AI-driven solutions, and enforces data governance and security protocols.
SYSTEMS SPECIALIST
Leo Tecquert
Leo is PlatformEQ’s Systems Specialist. He studied Physics at Université de Montréal. His combination of technical fluency with hands-on operational experience enables him to take a systematic and technical approach to solving complex human problems.
